Régimen neodictatorial y sistema de salud del Distrito Federal, México

Abstract

Identifying the issues of political determination make comprehensible the development of the Health System of Mexico City –talking about the Federal District- for the last decade, mainly during the period between 2000 and 2006, because of its big difference from the neoliberal tendency of national health policy. Besides that, underlying the characteristics that capitalism logic impose on the healthdisease process makes clearer the relation ship between the last health policy changes in Mexico City and new ways of dictatorial regimens in Mexico as a country.
