Abstract

The biomedicine practice on the indigenous people is an obligation of the national governments for the social, politic and historic obligation with the original people in America. As an anthropological perspective, the intercultural medical practice in not enough with the health hospitals and centers; not yet with medical personnel as medical, nurses and health promoters. Are necessary specific adaptations of health services at the economic, socials, and cultural characteristics of the Amerindians people. In this work we propose a framework for the health authorities of the hospitals into indigenous towns in order to do socioculturals adaptations for increase the medical care in theirs hospitals.
