Abstract

This work is an initial analysis about the characteristics of the medical practice, considering that the conditions in which it is delivered influence medical doctors’ representations about the illnesses, the patients and the ways in which their daily practice is updated. This empirical research analyses a case of the medical practice in a teaching public hospital from the City of La Plata, Argentina.
