Relación médico- pediatra/ madre consultante en la Atención Primaria de la Salud. Apuestas y propuestas para su humanización
Abstract
The paper presents an exploratory study of four cases of medical pediatricians of the first subsystem Care Level Public Health Services of the city of Río Cuarto (Córdoba, Argentina) based on the relationship established with the children and mothers consultants of poor contexts. Conceptual considerations are stated as well as methodological procedures and the intentionality of the study, and go deep into a situational analysis of the relationship attending to: external components and axiological and epistemological conceptions about the relationship that condition, intersubjective aspects, problems identified, gender conditioning and paternity/maternity, incidence of macro-social context, health system and precarious job conditions of physician, impact of organizational culture, consequences of a bad relationship, benefits of a good relationship, community health issues, relationship extension and training received. Because of the multidimensionality of conditions that shows the relationship discusses, two ways that can assume the future of it: 1) continuity in clearing humanistic content in medical training and psychosociocultural barrier, and 2) training in dialogic pedagogy for medical practice. Briefly this proposal is developed from the axes: pedagogy of the encounter, cognizant processes involved, dialogic communication stages. Finally it reflect on the horizon of this dialogic relationship perspective and its impact on current medical practice.
