Abstract

These research objectives were to explore UAM-X (Mexico) dentistry student's attitude during their academic practices (M) and how these express a particular service model. 152 students answered a Likert questionnaire. Subjects were divided into three blocks: 20 from the fourth term, 66 from the eight; and 66 from the twelfth UAM-X service model (innovator) was contrasted against a traditional model. For association we used chi-square test. Questions about traditional AP were 25% positive and 75% negative. Items exploring innovative AP showed 82% positive, answers showed significant distribution regarding community practice at the level of p.O35 and in integral care at the level of p.0001. We concluded that student's attitude accomplish with the innovative service model
