La cultura en las organizaciones y servicios de salud: una aproximación teórica a sus implicaciones

Abstract

In this text, the authors present a theoretical approximation to the meanings of culture in the health organizations and services studies. First, we review of the meaning of culture category in humanities and social sciences traditions. After, the text present the forms that category has operated in organizational culture concept, and present the authors proposition of administrative and social sciences synthesis. Finally, we present a brief state-of-the art of the study of organizational culture in health services.
