Abstract

This paper emphasizes the contributions of gender analysis to knowledge production. Especially theories and research that relate with the relationships between work, reproduction and female well-being. As epistemological framework the model of Gaston Bachelard, a French philosopher, is used. The main point of the text is that the epistemological fracture created by feminist views and practices are essential in the construction of new concepts to study reality
