Abstract

The present article is un intermediate product gives the project gives investigation on “Design Curricular and Educational Practice in Medicine” that is carried out in the Department of Public Health the University Center gives Sciences gives the Health gives the University gives Guadalajara, and has as purpose to give it counts gives the relationship among the process gives formation gives medical and the tendencies in the curricular design in the last years. It has been gives to link sundries levels gives analysis: general, matter and specific, and it has been tried to show the relationships among the scales macro-micro; also, diverse techniques were used gives documental investigation and telematic revision, and it was appealed to the method gives participant observation in the classroom and to interviews to informants key This article begins with the description gives the relationships among processes gives formation and give the medical work from a historical perspective; later on the complexity is approached gives the field gives the medical education and its implications, and continues with the reflection to near the main axes gives some curricular proposals; lastly some tendencies are pointed out that can be noticed in the design in the last years gives a curricula for competitions
