Abstract

The current practice of medicine has resulted in alienated work in which the professional has lost control over the organization of his own activity, which has become a strange, alien and hostile, both for him and for those who require your service. On the other hand, during institutional care pregnant women may experience a wide range of mistreatment that violates their human and reproductive rights, which are related to infrastructure failures, to the organization of services, to the way in which the Doctors, as well as in the way women are conceived in society. It is necessary to dismantle these conditions to construct spaces in which the actual exercise of the rights of the users of the services and of the health professionals is enabled.
