Abstract

The relationship patient doctor as an indispensable bond in the acting of the medical practice, it's something more than to therapeutic relationship, through her shows the social relationships in all theirs complexity. When investigating the biomedical practice in the indigenous rural means in Mexico, it's evident the exercise of the medical power and other characteristics of the dominant medical pattern. A relationship patient doctor that makes apparent to social space, where contradictions arise: ethnic and of class, economic, political and mainly ideological that move away to the medical practice of an idealistic orientation.
