It is shown a review of burn out syndrome theorical model as a explanatory squem of laboral problems in services professionals. It is review all constituent part of bournout syndrome and all the instruments used to investigate it. The consequences in organizational and individual level are reviewed, as well as the main reasons to appear as a reaction to working stress. In this research we make a relationship between the burn out syndrome a explanatory enclose for psychological disturbance in work and it is briefly reviewed some of the main models that try to explain the relationship integrity/mental disturbance and work. It is analized some research conclusions made with health services professionals
